Xand Corporation began as CUBE Computer Corporation in 1990. At that time, its mission was to design and manufacture the highest quality computer systems. While other computer companies cut corners to lower prices, CUBE continued to produce systems without compromise, working directly with leading manufacturers and using components based on performance, reliability and compatibility. In 1996 the company widened its focus to include Internet services, offering secure dial-up, dedicated Internet access, e-mail, web site development, hosting and online transactions administered and supported by in-house technical, programming and graphic design wizards.

CUBE became Xand Corporation in 2000, to reflect its migration from primarily a server manufacturer to that of an e-business solutions provider.
