Our facility is engineered with highly redundant systems that maximize availability and prevent outages. A Service Level Agreement (SLA) backs our 99.99% uptime guarantee. Infrastructure in our Data Center includes:
- Diverse fiber entries into the facility, connectivity to multiple ISPs, dual redundant routing and switching equipment within the Data Center.
- Two independent power feeds to each customer, fed from redundant independent UPS systems; multi-megawatt backup diesel generators.
- Fire suppression system: FM-200® clean agent extinguishing system with complete Data Center coverage.
- N+2 redundant environmental control systems (Liebert).
- Multi-layer security systems including cardkey entry and video surveillance.
- Xcare customer support program has expert engineers on site 24x7x365 to support our client requirements and needs.
- Xand meets the Uptime Institute Standards that classify Xand as a Tier III/IV facility. In addition, Xand has completed the SAS70 Type II certification requirements and is pursuing the Data Center PCI Compliance audit.
